Stranger Things [Netflix]: ( 2016): (Winona Rider,Matthew Modine,David Harbour, Finn Wolfhar,Millie Bobby Brown) In the first episode it immediately starts off showing the kids with their science teacher getting a new ham radio. Many of the episodes actually feature them using the Ham radio!

Prison Break (2007) Season 3, episode 8, "Bang and Burn", has a pretty cool looking base station fake ham radio in it.

but I loved this series the second time around- after I became a ham!

BBC's "Kingdom": series 3 episode 2-  sub story line where people on their radios are playing like they are extra terrestrials!

NCIS Uses police radios a lot of course, as do most Police /Detetive and Law oriented shows.

Burn Notice uses a lot of radios and radio "technology".

Gilligan's island

ALF

The Suite Life of Zack and Cody (2005–2008)

Dilbert  Flashback about "The Knack" references Dilbert using parts to build a ham radio ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FlJsPa6UwcM

The Simpsons  In one (unnamed) episode Principal Seymour (as WA3QIZ) tries to call out to fellow hams, but is interrupted by his mother.

"Missionary Impossible" Homer has a ham radio on the island that he is a missionary on. Again in "Homer's Paternity Coot", Homer uses a Ham radio.

Futurama episode "1ACV03", Fry makes the following comment about Bender's antenna: "But it's a useless antenna, it's not like he's a ham radio or something." And the episode "Roomate" talks about Bender's Antenna causing radio interference.  Along this vein...

My favorite Martian had Uncle Martin with telescoping antennae on his head, and complaining about reception...(as I remember, it has been many decades since I've seen the series)

South Park & Family Guy supposedly have episodes of ham radio references, but I don't watch South Park at all, and I've only seen a few episodes of Family Guy.

Twilight Zone - episodes "The Monsters are Due on Maple Street" and "Black Leather Jackets".

The Munsters - episode, "If a Martian answers, Hang Up."  Aired Jan 21,1961.  After getting a ham radio, Herman thinks he is talking to martians when he is mainly actually talking kids on walkie talkies, until the end when he is actually talking to a Martian and he's rude because he thinks he's talking to the kids again. (So i saw this in reruns, because I wasn't  born yet when it first aired)

The Waltons (Season 6 Episodes 12 & 13), Jim-Bob uses ham radio to help 2 young guests speak to their mother in England. (I was a huge Walton's and Jim Bob fan in the '70's)

Jetson's (Space version of a Ham radio)

M*A*S*H (Military radios all the time) But there was an episode where I believe Colonel Potter performed a marriage via a ham radio?

Movies:

Paranoia (Harrison Ford)

Tower Heist (Ben Stiller) uses Radios(?)

Super 8 (A Steven Spielberg film starring  a bunch of child actors & Kyle Chandler, from Early Edition) Contains Mr. Mcandles saying in a called emergency town meeting, "My ham radio has been a mess..",  and the Deputy Jackson Lamb (Chandler) responding. He then gives the frequecies to the Deputy.  It then shows the police listening to the specified frequencies on a radio. It also contains walkie talkies, military and police radios, and Morse code.

Nim's Island (Jody Foster) A fun family movie!

Journey to Mysterious Island (The Rock)

Mr. Popper's Penguin's (Jim Carrey)

Frequency (One of my favorite movies!)(Jim Caviziel)

Contact (Jody Foster)

Signs (Mel Gibson) has the characters use a baby monitor as a "one way" walkie talkie and monitor the "aliens" talking). (nother one of my favorite movies!)

Die Hard Movies (Bruce Willis) hand held radios that are used extensivley in the plot.

Phenomenom (John Travolta, Kyra Sedgwick, Forest Whitaker & Robert Duvall)

ET (phoning home? Also one of my favorite movies!)

Windtalkers (military radios)(Another one of my favorite movies!)

Internet:

HamNation on Twit.TV & Amateurlogic.tv are great shows on the internet.

It's hard to separate different forms of radio.  Military radios and police radios are always a part of stories with the military or police.   Examples are M*A*S*H* & NCIS. Cell phones are actually radios... So there is so much cross over.  I love all forms of radio! (Even my microwave oven which uses radio microwaves! lol!) :)
